The D Presents ... Independent Film Showcast
April 10 at the Merced Multicultural Arts Center

The D Magazine and Stella Artois present downtown's first Independent Film Showcase from 5-9:30 p.m. on April 10 at the Merced Multicultural Arts Center.
The event will feature a short film program highlighted by the Oscar-winning film "The New Tenants" and the main feature will be the Coen Brothers' "A Serious Man."
There will be a student-art show in the gallery's lobby as well as music from three members of the Merced Symphony before the show and during the intermission.
Free food will be provided from J&R Tacos, Toni's Courtyard Cafe and Forté Frozen Yogurt and there will be a no-host bar sponsored by Stella Artois.
The $10 tickets are on sale at J&R Tacos, Forté Frozen Yogurt and the Multicultural Arts Center.
The first of its kind, the event is a collaboration between the UC Merced Film Association, The D Magazine and the Merced County Arts Council.
